Neptune Brigade's Lead coding developer. He is also the co-Founder and Lead developer at Visual Legion, a web agency that aims to create websites and apps solving the daily problems of today and tomorrow one project at a time. He loves tech and design news and dreams to make people's life a little bit easier everyday through technology and user experience as well as teach them these tools. Ulysse has 5 years of practical experience working in startup environments, has also participated in a few Hackathons. He won three hackathons, one focused on harnessing the power of open data to help parents find schools for their children, the second, building an app to help epileptics track their medication and seizures, the last was a service to help athletes manage their wealth. Ulysse joined the founders of Neptune Brigade, and is already applying his skillset to support the project. focused on local communities which aims to enable discernment of the past and envision dynamic, equitable and sustainable lives using creative strategies through art and culture.

Theatre Professor and Performing Artist, Dancer, Yogi and Acro-Yogi, Rapper and Director of Performing Arts. He is the owner of over 200 masks that range from Character Masks to Masks specifically designed for spiritual healing, which he uses in his tireless work to bridge the gaps between esoteric philosophy and text book science to increase understanding and empower people and performers alike. Akil's holistic works include several forms of expression, from movement to voice and focus on healing and treating the human soul, working with depression, will power and narcissism, the study of the true nature of Pleasure, movement meditation, learning to use ones aura for creative purposes, breaking down the elements of movement, speech, and music into what I call "The Zen of Alvin and the Chipmunks".
